• Ensure that the activities you are planning for the event suit the target age group and can be enjoyed by both girls and boys.
• Keep the games and activities short and simple for younger children since they tend to have a more limited attention span.
• Ensure that you have a proper adult-child ratio to prevent things from getting out of hand and ensure that each child gets the necessary attention.  The younger the group, the larger the ratio of adults to children you will require.
