Steps To View Your Consolidated Inventory Pay Later Report

1. Login to Your Yapsody Account

After logging into your account, click on the account name drop-down at the top left-hand side of the box office interface.

2. Click the’ Consolidated Inventory Pay Later Report ‘ option

Clicking on this option will give you access to the report.

Select the required Date filter to generate a report. You can use the ‘Custom’ date filter for the sale start date and sale end date period, then click on the ‘Generate Report’ button to view the transaction details.

Once the ticket is marked as Paid in the system, that particular transaction will not be shown under the ‘Consolidated Inventory Sales report ‘.

Step To View Your Detailed Tax Reconciliation Report

1. Login to Yapsody

Start by logging in to your Yapsody account to view the list of attendees.

2. Select Global Report

After you log in, hover your mouse over your account name on the top left corner of the screen. In the drop-down menu that appears, select the ‘Global’ Report option.

3. Select the Tax Reconciliation option

From the drop-down list, select the Tax Reconciliation option on the Global Reports page.

You will get a complete view of how much tax was first applied to each tax segment. It also gives a view of all the tax that was refunded with the tickets and the net total of the tax applied after the refunds to date.

Steps To View Your Consolidated Inventory Sales Report

1. Login To Your Account

After logging in to your Yapsody account, hover the cursor on the account name shown at the top left-hand side of the box office interface.

2. Click on Consolidated Inventory Sales Report

Select the required Date filter to generate the report. You can use the ‘Custom’ date filter for the sale start date and sale end date period, then click on the ‘Generate Report’ button.

Steps For Checking Your Seating Manifest Report

1. Select Your Event 

Log in to account and go to your Box Office to select that event whose seating manifest report you wish to check.

 Check on the right-hand side, you will see the event details with an option ‘Reports’. Click on the option ‘Reports’.

2. View Seating Manifest Report

Once you click on Reports you will see the complete ‘Event Sales Summary Report.’ Check on the top right-hand side for an option ‘View Seating Manifest’.

Click on the option ‘Seating Manifest’ to view the report. Select the performance date from the filter options and click on Generate Report. You will be displayed the Seating Manifest report for the selected dates.

You can also export the complete Seating Manifest Report in a PDF and CSV format using the ‘Print PDF’ and ‘Print CSV’ option.

Steps to View The Scan Count Report

1. Go to Your Box Office

Logn to your Yapsody account and go to your Box Office to select the Event whose scan count report who want to check. 

Check on the right-hand side where you will see the event details & an option ‘Reports’. Click on the option ‘Reports’

2. Click on Scan Count Report

You will be displayed the Event Sales Summary Report with an option to check the ‘Scan Count Report’ in the top right-hand corner. Click on the option to generate your report.

3. Generate Scan Count Report

On clicking the ‘Scan Count Report’ you are displayed filter options to generate it for a particular performance or all the performances with the payment methods used for booking tickets for the event. Select the performance and the payment method and click on the ‘Generate Report’.

Select the performance and the payment method and click on the ‘Generate Report’ option.

You will be displayed the Scan Count Report with the ‘Total number of tickets Issued’ and ‘Tickets Scanned’ with ‘Tickets Scanned %’

Steps For Using The YapStats App

1. Install YapStats

Search for ‘Yapsody YapStats’ on the App Store and Google Play Store respectively to install it for free on your iOS and Android devices. 

2. Login to Your Yapsody Account

After installing the app, log in to your Yapsody account.  

3. Select Event and View Reports

After logging in to your account, a list of Events will be displayed. Select the Event to view the report.

You will find your event stats for: 

• Daily ticket sales
• Total number of tickets sold
• Total number of Un-issued tickets
• Total number of complimentary tickets offered
• The capacity of the event 
• Comparison between Total Revenue earned and Potential revenue.

You can view and keep a track of your Event Sales any time with the help of these stats.

Two Types of Reports For Viewing Event Revenue

1. The Cash Flow Reconciliation (User Report)

This report gives you a view of the revenue generated by different users in your account. Once you log in, in your box office module, hover your mouse over your presenter name on the top left corner of the screen. In the menu that appears, select the ‘Global’ report.

 Select the ‘Cash Flow Reconciliation – by User’ from the drop-down.

First, you get to view the total revenue, followed by revenue generated by each user and then the revenue generated by your online sales.

 2. The Cash Flow Reconciliation (Location Report)

This report gives you a detailed view of how much revenue was generated through ‘Box-Office’ and through your ‘Online Ticket Store’. To view this report hover over your presenter name on the top left corner of the screen. In the menu that appears, select the ‘Global’ report.

Select the ‘Cash Flow Reconciliation – by Location’ from the drop-down.

This report gives bifurcated details of the revenue that was generated in the Box Office and through the Online Ticket Store.

Steps to View Transaction Wise Report of Your Events

1. Select Global Reports 

To view the transaction wise report, hover over your presenter name on the top left corner of the screen Select “Global Reports” on the drop-down menu.

2. Select Transaction Activity Report 

Select the Transaction Activity report from the drop-down menu and click on the ‘Generate Report’ button.

This report will give you all the details of the transactions that were generated in the Box-office and through the Online Ticket Store.

Steps to Check Your Quickstats Report

1. Select Quickstats

Go to your Box Office, click on the Account Name displayed on the top left side and select Quickstats.

Once, you click on ‘Quickstats’, you will find the detailed report. The report will show all the performances taking place post today’s date by default.

2. Select Your Date

You can check the details for the past performances using the option provided at the top to select the dates.

Steps To Find Your Attendee List Report

1. Select Your Event 

Sign in and go to the Box Office and then select the event whose report you wish to view.  

2. Click on the ‘Attendee List’ option 

Check on the right side, you will see the Event details & an option “Attendee List”. Click on the option “Attendee List”.

You will find your attendee list report as per the transaction date. Select from filter options such as Today, Yesterday, Last Month and Custom to view the attendee details for the past transactions. Select the option. Click on ‘Generate Report’

You can then export the entire report in a PDF and CSV format using the ‘Print PDF’ or ‘Print CSV’ option.
