  • Set up a ticket delivery method. Let your attendees decide whether they want the tickets to be emailed to them or take a print from the online store.

  • Set up a ticket limit per transaction. You can decide how many tickets an attendee can book in a single transaction.

  • Create unlimited ticket types with the freedom to link them with specific sections and promotions.

  • Want to hold a few seats for your general admission event? Easily set aside a certain number of seats for your event without removing them from your inventory. These seats can be booked by you from the box office interface or can be released at any time.

  • Segregate your tickets by creating multiple ticket types for your event. Setting ticket type limits is optional since all ticket types pull from a common ticket pool.

  • You can set a transaction timeout. It is the time that a customer has to complete a transaction after selecting the tickets. Once the session times out, the tickets will be added back to the inventory. The minimum transaction timeout is 5 minutes and the maximum is 20 minutes which you can select.
