1. YapScan for iOS & Android
Through YapScan you can scan tickets online and offline in 4 ways:
- Photo scanning using the built-in camera
- Laser scanning for quick entry with a compatible laser attachment
- Search by attendee name
- Search by ticket number
2. iOS External Scanner
Apart from YapScan and the manual scanners, our platform also supports the following External Accessories:
A) Honeywell Captuvo Enterprise Sled
– SL22 (For iPod – 4th and 5th Generation)

3. External USB Scanner
To scan event tickets with an External USB Laser Scanner your scanner should support 2D (QR Code) barcode symbology.
The scanner will have a viewfinder that projects a bright red laser that corresponds to the scanner’s vertical field of view. While scanning a QR Code the laser can be positioned in any direction for a good read. It can be positioned vertically, horizontally or even diagonally.
