Adding Custom FAQ’s On Your ‘Online Ticket Store’
To create an additional layer of clarity in your ticket buyer’s mind, you have the option to add custom FAQ’s on your Online Ticket Store. Our dashboard already has a set of pre-defined questions as well as the option to add your own. By answering all their doubts and queries related to your event, you’re taking them one step closer to buying your event tickets without hesitating.
Steps to Add Custom FAQ’s
1. Go to ‘Settings’
After logging in to your Yapsody dashboard, click on the drop-down with your Account name and go to the ‘Settings’
2. Add Custom FAQ’s from the ‘FAQ Management’ Tab
Select the ‘FAQ Management’ tab where you can add your custom FAQs by clicking on the ‘Add FAQ’ button.
There is already a list of pre-defined questions which you can select and then type in your specific answers.
To add your own FAQ’s, click on the ‘Custom’ option and start adding your own questions and define the answers for them.
