Registering A DPO Under The General Data Protection Regulation
A data protection officer (DPO) is the person designated, where applicable, to facilitate compliance with the provisions of the GDPR. The GDPR defines the criteria and the conditions under which a data protection officer must be designated. If your organization is required under the European Union’s (EU) Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to appoint a data protection officer, you can register their details in your Yapsody Box Office admin settings.
Steps to Register A DPO Under The GDPR
1. Go To Settings
Login to your Yapsody account and click on your Account name displayed in the top and select ‘Settings’.
2. Fill in DPO Details
Click on the “Company Information” and fill in the DPO details like Name, Address, Phone Number and Email address.
Also, you can enter your Business details like ‘ Company Name, Address, Zip code, and Country on the same page.
