Printing Tickets And Receipts From Your Box Office

Steps To Print Tickets and Receipts from Your Box Office
1. By Using The Search Option
You can print tickets and receipts for your guests by searching the Transaction tab on the main page once you log in to your Yapsody account. You have a search option at the top. Search the transaction by Customer name and Transaction number.
On locating the transaction using the transaction number, click on transaction number and you will be re-directed to “Transaction report”. You will see all the tickets purchased for that particular transaction. You will have a “Check Box” besides all the tickets. Check the ticket you want to print and click on “Redeliver Tickets” or click on “Print Receipt” to print the receipt for the transaction.
You will get a pop-up window and an option to select the delivery method. Select the delivery method as “Print” or “Email” as per the requirement. If you select email as the delivery method then you will get a prompt to mention the email address of the customer. Click on the “Complete Delivery” button at the bottom. Tickets or Receipt will be delivered to the customers.
2. Using the Event Sales Summary Report
Go to your Event Sales Summary Report. You will see a button to view all the Event Transactions on the right-hand top corner.
Locate the transaction you want to redeliver the tickets using the different search options available.
Once, you locate the transaction using the transaction number & confirm the customer details. Click on the transaction number to be re-directed to the “Transaction report”.
Click on the “Print Receipt” button or “Redeliver Tickets” to print or email tickets to the customers from Box Office.
You will get a pop-up window and an option to select the delivery method. Select the delivery method as “Print” or “Email” as per the requirement. If you select email as the delivery method then you will get a prompt to mention the email address of the customer. Click on the “Complete Delivery” button at the bottom. Ticket or Receipt will be delivered to the customers.
3. Using The POS App
