Viewing Your Consolidated Inventory Pay Later Report
The Consolidated Pay Later Report will provide you the unpaid transaction details like Ticket Buyer Name, Event Name – Date, ticket count for each transaction and ticket amount to be paid for each transaction. This report also allows you to view transactions for a different event and different performance dates.
Steps To View Your Consolidated Inventory Pay Later Report
1. Login to Your Yapsody Account
After logging into your account, click on the account name drop-down at the top left-hand side of the box office interface.
2. Click the’ Consolidated Inventory Pay Later Report ‘ option
Clicking on this option will give you access to the report.
Select the required Date filter to generate a report. You can use the ‘Custom’ date filter for the sale start date and sale end date period, then click on the ‘Generate Report’ button to view the transaction details.
Once the ticket is marked as Paid in the system, that particular transaction will not be shown under the ‘Consolidated Inventory Sales report ‘.
